The cabin air filter of the new Mondeo is located on the passenger side and in order to replace it, the glove compartment must be practically removed; you start by unhooking the molding applied to the dashboard, immediately above the door of the glovebox and which integrates with the ventilation nozzle; the side cap of the dashboard will then be removed in order to be able to access the fixing screws of the glove compartment to be able to remove them and extract the compartment itself from its seat by disconnecting the courtesy light socket; at this point unscrew the fixing screws of the cap to proceed with the replacement of the filter.
