In order to deactivate the immobilizer of the Ford Mondeo, you need to connect a diagnostic tool to the OBD port of the vehicle: this can be found on the dashboard immediately below the steering column. Once the connection is made, you can select the car model and corresponding version to ensure that the entries in the control unit are removed: in particular, you will need to delete the errors that prevent the immobilizer from functioning correctly. After the procedure, you will need to disconnect the scanner and verify that everything is working properly.
