In this video, we will see how to change the battery of a Genesis GV60 or GV80 remote control. This remote control uses CR2450 button batteries, which can be easily found at any electronics store and well-stocked supermarkets. We will also need a small flathead screwdriver to pry open; the first thing we need to do is remove the metal ring at the base of the remote control so that we can enter with the screwdriver into the notch, pry and turn at the same time. This way we will lift the cover and we can push the battery out of its housing. Let's replace it, put the cover back in place and put the ring back in place. Operation completed.
