After changing the oil and filter in the GMC Canyon, we will have to manually reset its life and the warning light on the dashboard. In this tutorial we can see how to proceed. We start by inserting the key and turning on the instrument panel, it is not necessary to start the engine, after which we reach the screen relating to the life of the oil by repeatedly pressing the button under the speedometer. Once this is done, we keep the same button pressed for about 3 seconds, or in any case for the time necessary to hear a series of beeps. To verify that the operation was successful, we restart the vehicle.
