How to Remove the Radio in a GMC Sierra

In today's video, learn how to remove the original radio from the GMC Sierra pickup. First, get inside the vehicle from the driver's side. Remove the center trim of the dashboard by prying it with a screwdriver or another sharp object. Now, unscrew the retaining screws. Once done, you can pull the radio out of its slot. Disconnect the power connector and the antenna connector. You can now install a new radio to modernize your vehicle. There is space for a 2 DIN unit. You can reuse the same connections and the radio mounts.
