How to Replace the Low Beam Bulbs on the GMC Sierra

Model: GMC Sierra MK 4 - Years 2014-2018

To replace the low beam bulbs on the GMC Sierra, start on the driver's side. Remove the rear cover of the headlight by turning it slightly counterclockwise. Turn the bulb slightly counterclockwise, disconnect the bulb connector, take the new bulb out of the package, reconnect it to the connector, position it in the socket making sure the tabs align, turn it slightly clockwise, and replace the rear cover of the headlight by turning it slightly clockwise. On the passenger side, remove the air filter box by unscrewing the two screws with a long flathead screwdriver. Expand the air tube clamp, disconnect the connector, and remove the air filter box. After removing the upper air filter box, also take out the lower part. Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the two clips at the top of the rear headlight cover, remove the rear cover of the headlight by turning it slightly counterclockwise, turn the bulb slightly counterclockwise, disconnect the bulb connector, take the new bulb out of the package, reconnect it to the connector, position it in the socket making sure the tabs align, turn it slightly clockwise, and replace the rear cover of the headlight by turning it slightly clockwise.
