How do you replace the GMC Sierra cabin fan?

Model: GMC Sierra MK 2 - Years 1999-2007
Part: Blower motor

In order to replace the GMC Sierra's passenger compartment fan, it is necessary to unscrew the screws that fix the panel positioned immediately under the glove box on the front passenger's side: once this panel has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the screws they secure the protective cover of the passenger compartment fan, which must be disconnected from its connector and removed from inside its housing. Once the old fan has been removed, the new one can be inserted, connecting it and inserting it in its seat by assembling all the previously removed components.
