If oil has spilled on your car seat, here’s what to do: immediately blot with absorbent paper or a microfiber cloth: NEVER rub, as this will spread the oil and push it deeper. Sprinkle baking soda or corn starch on the stain and leave it for 10-15 minutes to absorb the grease.

Then vacuum it up. Next, apply a specific car upholstery cleaner and gently scrub with a soft brush. Wipe off with a damp cloth.

A steam clean will remove any remaining stains and odours. The key in these cases is the speed of your response.

Avoid overly aggressive products that could discolour the fabric.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
