How to Replace the Serpentine Belt in a GMC Sierra

To replace the serpentine belt in a GMC Sierra, open the hood to access the components inside the engine bay. Unscrew the screws that secure the air filter box so it can be moved to access the tensioner pulley: by unscrewing the center bolt, you can remove this pulley, completely sliding off the belt and replacing it with a new one. After the new belt is installed, reattach the tensioner pulley and secure the air filter box.
