In this tutorial we can see how to replace the gear knob in the Honda CR-Z, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, let's go inside the car, then we grab the lower ring of the knob, pull it down with force and unlock it. We then grab the base of the knob with pliers, unscrew the knob itself, helping ourselves if necessary with a cloth and a second pair of pliers, and separate it from the rod. At this point, we position the replacement knob, screw it in and fix the upper ring of the boot again using the pliers.
