Instructions for Fitting a Spoiler

Do you want to fit a spoiler to your Honda Civic? Here are the instructions: using the supplied template, mark the points that need to be drilled. The holes should have a diameter of 8.5 mm. Now insert the eyelet clips into the holes and then clean the mounting area with a cloth. Position the four attachment pins in the spoiler. Apply double-sided tape to the edge of the underside of the spoiler. Now align the spoiler pins with the eyelets installed on the boot and manually apply some pressure to the spoiler to ensure it clips in place. Now remove the backing from the double-sided tape and press down in that area to optimise the adhesion. The spoiler is now fitted! Of course, the weight of the boot has increased, so it is highly recommended to also install the spring opening mechanism.
