Today, I will explain how to reset the oil light on a Honda Pilot. Turn on the ignition and press and hold the trip button on the odometer. Keep holding the button until the instrument cluster display starts to blink, then release the button and press it again until the reset is complete. Once the reset is done, restart the instrument cluster to save the mileage update for the next service interval. If the reset fails, you will need to visit a shop for a computerized diagnosis. It is very important not to reset the light without first performing the necessary service operations.
