How to Reset the Service Light on a Honda CR-V

To reset the service light on a Honda CR-V, turn on the instrument cluster or start the vehicle and use the controls on the steering wheel to access the multifunction display menu. Scroll through the various screens until you find the section dedicated to maintenance or the Maintenance Minder system. Select the option related to remaining maintenance and hold down the confirmation button for a few seconds until the reset menu appears. Choose the option to reset the maintenance interval and confirm the procedure. Wait for the message confirming the reset is complete, then exit the menu. Finally, check that the oil life percentage has been reset and that the maintenance warning is no longer present on the instrument cluster.
