How to Reset the Service Light in a Honda Fit

To reset the service light in a Honda Fit, turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine and use the SEL/RESET button to display the maintenance indicator or the remaining engine oil life. When the screen appears, press and hold the same button for a few seconds until the reset request appears. Then release the button and press it again to confirm the reset. At the end of the procedure, the system resets the maintenance reminder and automatically updates the new service interval. Finally, turn off and turn on the instrument panel to verify that the service light has been successfully cleared.
