Rear Window Regulator Repair

Model: Honda Accord MK 5 - Years 1993-1998
Part: Power window motor

First, remove the door panel: unscrew the fixing screws, detach the triangular plastic cover, the clips along the edge of the panel, and the opening handle. Once the panel is removed, unscrew the fixing screws of the support plate located in the centre of the door and take it out. Now lower the window so that the locking pins of the glass retaining clips align with the corresponding holes in the panel, then loosen the pins, lift the glass, and secure it to the door frame with tape. Next, unscrew all the fixing pins of the window regulator and extract it through the hole at the bottom left of the door. Finally, insert the new window regulator and reverse the steps for reassembly.
