Installation of Central Tunnel Armrest

Model: Honda Civic MK 8 - Years 2006-2012

To install the armrest along the central tunnel, first remove the existing one along the side of the seat: remove the cap, loosen the armrest's fixing pin, and dismantle the two screws and bracket; then apply the plastic cover and the corresponding cap. Next, proceed to remove the central tunnel covering by taking out the clips and some screws; dismantle the support bracket for the cables located just behind the handbrake and replace it with the one included in the armrest installation kit. Drill holes in the back of the central tunnel's plastic covering to allow the fixing pins of the new armrest and its bracket to pass through. Reinstall the tunnel covering complete with armrest.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
