Removing the Armrest on a Honda Civic Seat

Want to remove the armrest from the Civic? Here's how to do it. Remove the trim plastics from the back of the centre tunnel, position the armrest horizontally, then use a screwdriver to remove the securing pin from the plastic of the glove compartment. Once the upper piece is removed, separate the fixing plastics from the leather cover. Install the new armrest on the centre tunnel, securing the various cover pieces at the back. Test the proper functioning of the armrest after installation.
