Removing the Internal Handle on Honda Accord

Model: Honda Accord MK 7 - Years 2002-2007

Remove the small round screw cover near the opening handle using a small flathead screwdriver, then unscrew the underlying screw. Pull the handle, move it slightly to the right, and extract it from its housing. Disconnect the lock cable and the connector. With the handle casing in hand, you can unscrew it from the back, removing the switch if it's broken and fitting a new one, or completely replacing the handle. Reconnect the lock cable and the connector, then reassemble everything. This operation takes some time but is within everyone's reach.
