Replacing External Handle on Honda CR-V

Model: Honda CR-V MK 1 - Years 1995-2001

Remove the cover screw near the opening handle and unscrew the underlying screw, then unscrew the screw in the door pocket, as shown in the video. Next, remove the internal handle with the entire support and disconnect the cable. At this point, unscrew the three screws that secure the handle and remove it. Take off the door panel and the underlying cover. Now you can finally see the 10 mm bolt that secures the external handle; unscrew it and remove the handle. Insert the new external handle and screw in the bolt, then proceed in reverse until complete reassembly.
