Operation: How to replace the exterior door handle of the Honda CR-V Mk3

The guide shows how to replace the Honda CR-V Mk3 exterior door handle. After removing the mirror trim piece, detach the cover in the lock assembly and unscrew the two Phillips screws. From the handle compartment, remove the cover and unscrew the cross screw present. From the top and bottom side of the door handle, remove the two covers and unscrew the two screws present. Detach the sides of the door panel and disconnect the lock cables and electrical connectors. Remove the insulating sheet and disconnect the control rod from the lock. With a 10 mm wrench, unscrew the two fixing bolts of the assembly and it is possible to extract the lever of the handle. Reassemble everything in place and check the correct functioning of the lock.
