In this tutorial video, you will see how to remove the third brake light for bulb replacement on the fourth series Honda CR-V; this procedure is valid for most vehicles. First, open the tailgate and start by removing the plastic trim found on the inside of the third brake light; then unscrew the fixing nuts located inside the holes (using a 10 mm spanner) to unclip and remove the third brake light from the outside, as shown in the video. Then replace the bulbs or the entire light unit, reassembling everything!
