In this short and simple guide, you will see the steps to dismantle and replace the bulbs of the third brake light on the Honda CR-V. First, move to the rear of the vehicle and start removing the panel of the tailgate to access the inside of the light unit; undo the two internal nuts and disconnect the electrical connector to remove the third brake light. At this point, replace the bulbs of the light unit, or replace the entire third brake light unit if necessary; reassemble and securely fix the third brake light unit, reconnecting it.
