In this video an old shock absorber is removed and replaced from a Honda Cr-v. The rear wheel is removed from the car after being lifted onto a bridge. It is necessary to unscrew, without removing it, the lower bolt of the shock absorber. Then, after removing the cap, unscrew the three bolts located in its upper part. Now you can extract the lower bolt previously unscrewed and, with the help of a lever and a few hammer blows, release the shock absorber. Position the new shock absorber by aligning the holes correctly to secure it and retighten the upper and lower bolts. Tighten the upper bolts also from inside the passenger compartment and replace the plastic cover that covers the upper end of the shock absorber. Finally reassemble the wheel.
