Operation: How to remove the shock absorbers on a Honda Cr V

This video explains how to remove the rear shock absorber of a Honda Cr V. We fold down the rear seats of the car and remove the plastic cover near the seat belt. We unscrew the relative bolts with a socket wrench, loosen the pins of the circle and lift the car with our column bridge, stopping it at a comfortable height. We unscrew the pins and pull off the rim, then, with a ratchet wrench we loosen the central pin of the shock absorber, put a support stand under the swinging arm of the shock absorber. We unscrew the two locking pins placed at the end of the arm, being very careful. Now unscrew the pin in the shock absorber joint and slide it out of its housing. Let's reinstall the new shock absorber by inserting it in its housing, screw it to the guide with the pin inserting it into the slot as in the video. We pull up the kickstand so that the swing arm plate joins the car frame, we screw everything together. We reassemble the rim with its pins, bring the car down and replace the bolts in the cockpit. Finally we close the plastic panel and raise the seats.
