Replacing Front Shock Absorbers

This video shows how to replace the front shock absorbers. First, locate the upper nut of the shock absorber under the wiper arm fixing nut; once located, unscrew it and then unscrew the other two lower nuts of the shock absorber, which are clearly visible above the brake disc.

Once done, you can remove the shock absorber, but to install the spring from the old shock absorber onto the new one, you need a special tool to immobilise the spring so you can unscrew the upper nut of the shock absorber and remove it from the spring safely.

Once the old spring is fitted onto the new shock absorber, you can reassemble everything.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
