Operation: How to replace the rear light on the Honda CR-V

To replace the rear light of the CR-V, open the rear hatch and remove the plastic cap, located in the upper part of the light, unscrew the screw inside. Also unscrew both the screw located at the bottom and the one located in the central part of the same light. The headlight is now almost completely free and in the ideal position to replace any faulty bulbs. To remove the light completely, the mat from the inside of the trunk and the associated panels underneath it must be removed. Now unscrew the two screws holding the plastic cover of the lock and remove it. Then unscrew the screw of the side cover and having removed the jacks and tools from their compartment, detach the same cover in order to make room for work. Now, disconnect the internal electrical connectors of the light and remove it completely. To fit the new spare part, reinsert the cables of the new light and position it correctly in its seat. Then connect the internal wiring, reposition the relative plastic cover and fix it by screwing its screw. Put jacks and tools in their place and refit the plastic cover of the lock. Afterwards, put back first the upholstery and then the panel and the carpet in the luggage compartment. Tighten the 3 screws that hold the light and finally check its correct functioning.
