To replace the number plate light bulb in a Honda Accord, lift the tailgate to access the components inside. Here, you will find the connector connected to the bulb, which must be disconnected so that the holder and the bulb can be removed from their housing. Once the two pieces are removed, pull out the old bulb from the holder, insert the new bulb, and connect it to the connector. Finally, snap it back into its housing from inside the tailgate.
