How to Change the Key Battery on the Honda CR-V

If you need to replace the key battery on this car model because it is depleted, the text below provides useful instructions with the various steps to follow, and you can also check the video. First, take a small screwdriver to unscrew the screw located on the back of the key. After removing the screw, you can take off the key cover. Underneath, you will find the opening mechanism; use a sharp object to lever it open. Inside, you will find the battery, which you can remove and replace with a new one, then proceed to close the first cover and subsequently place the outer cover back on and screw the fastening screw back in.
