In this tutorial, you can see how to replace the float in the Honda Civic, a very simple operation that requires replacing the entire pump, as the two elements are directly connected. First, disconnect the battery, then open the boot and remove the rear seats.

Next, remove the cross cover, open the large metal cap, and disconnect both the fuel lines and the power connector. At this point, simply unscrew the outer ring, extract the pump, insert the replacement in the correct orientation, and reassemble everything.
