First of all, reach the driver's seat and make sure the car is turned off, then leave the door open and remove the plastic cover located at the end of the dashboard. Once you have done this, you will finally have access to the fuses and you can intervene on them to solve any possible electrical problem. Before doing this, you must disconnect the battery of your Honda Accord.
