Extract the radiator fluid by unscrewing the drain plug of the same (see video), then remove the radiator pipes connected to the cylinder. Remove the expansion and then the motor head bracket screws. Unscrew the screws that hold the cylinder in place and check the gaskets (if anything, change them). Remove the piston and, importantly, cover the cylinder so that dust and various dirt do not enter. When the piston and new parts arrive, lubricate them before assembly. Insert the new roller cage inside the connecting rod, then the piston and the pin with the seegers. Reassemble the cylinder and proceed in the reverse order of disassembly.

How do you replace the air filter on the Harley Davidson Dyna?

The procedure for replacing the air filter on the Harley Davidson Dyna involves loosening the screws that secure the cover located on the right side of the motorcycle, just below the fuel tank. Once the cover has been removed, the underlying filter can be located: it must be removed from its seat by loosening the fixing screws and pulling it out from inside its housing. After the old filter has been removed, the new replacement piece can be installed, securing it in place with the screws and reinstalling the removed cover.
