First, place your bike on a stand and start by removing the exhaust and the manifold, unscrewing the fixing screws and the nuts of the manifold itself; then remove the spark plug and unscrew the head screws to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the cylinder and disconnect the piston from the conrod, removing the retaining clip; replace the piston with the new one and reassemble the new cylinder head!

How to Check the Coolant Level in a Yamaha Xmax
