In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the external handle on the Hyundai Sonata, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, we open the door on which we will be working, then we locate the small plastic cap located on the inner edge of the door, at the height of the handle, and remove it with a flat-tip screwdriver. We then unscrew the bolt accessible from the hole with an 8mm socket wrench, being careful not to drop it, remove the lock cylinder and separate the handle from the door. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
