To reset the "Service" light on a Hyundai Santa Cruz, turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the multifunction steering wheel to navigate the onboard computer menu.

Scroll through the options until you find the section dedicated to maintenance or service intervals. Once you have located the reset option, select it and confirm following the instructions on the display.

After completing the procedure, the "Service" light will turn off. Verify the success of the reset by turning off and on the instrument panel. Before performing this procedure, it will still be necessary to perform the service.
