In this video we can see how to install protection on the ECU of our Hyundai Tucson, in order to protect it from thefts, which now pass through it to bypass the immobilizer. We can find the Blockbox on the website blockbox.it for the ECU at the price of 140.00 euros.

We need to remove the air vent, then the air filter box, in order to reach the ECU and install the protection: we must tighten the bolts until their heads break. The metal block does not take up space, so we can reassemble the pieces we had removed without worrying, and our Tucson will be protected from thieves.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
