In this video we will see the step by step instructions to remove and replace the timing belt on a Hyundai Tucson 2.0 CRDI, first series. First of all we lift the car and we go to remove the plastic protection of the V-belt; then we loosen the pretensioner to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the lower engine protection and unscrew the coolant butterfly, letting it drain into a container; we remove the engine support and the distribution side cover. Disassemble the crankshaft pulley now to replace the belt, following the video to the end!
