LED Lighting for Centre Console Cup Holders

Model: Hyundai Sonata - Years 2004-2014

First, detach the aluminium trim on the side edges of the centre console. Pull upwards on the gear lever knob and remove it along with the leather gaiter. At this point, you can detach the centre console trim by disconnecting the two connectors at the rear and one at the front. Place the centre console trim on a workbench, drill a hole in the centre of the cup holder area to pass the power cable for the lighting disc that needs to be positioned at the bottom of the cup holders. Make the electrical connection as per the attached diagram (connect the red wire to the blue wire of the larger connector and the black wire to the other black near the yellow wire).
Finally, reassemble everything and check the operation of the newly installed LEDs.
