How to Remove Lambda Sensor on Hyundai Tucson

Model: Hyundai Tucson JM, MK 1 - Years 2004-2009

Is the lambda sensor damaged and needs replacing? Follow these steps to remove and change it. Release the engine bonnet lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Remove the plastic engine cover panel (unscrew the screws), disconnect the lambda sensor connector, and unscrew the lambda sensor with the appropriate socket wrench. Once the sensor is extracted from its housing, compare it with the new part to be installed. Install the new sensor with the appropriate wrench and reconnect the power connector. Reinstall the engine soundproofing panel.
