Installing LED Lights in the Centre Tunnel

Model: Hyundai Elantra MK 6 - Years 2015-2020

To insert the LED light discs into the bottle holder compartment of the centre tunnel, start by unclipping the side trim panels using a plastic lever. Proceed to unscrew the fastening screws of the central trim (the one around the gear lever), also removing the gear lever knob and disconnecting the electrical connectors; at this point, continue by removing the rear trim, where the LED lights will be installed (some fastening screws are located under the armrest).
Drill a hole in the centre of the base of the bottle holder compartment to allow the power cable of the light disc to pass through, which should be secured to the bottom with double-sided adhesive. Finally, power the light discs by taking the positive from the blue wire of the larger connector and the ground from the black wire of the smaller connector.
