Replacing the On-Board Computer on a Hyundai Ix35

Model: Hyundai ix35 MK 1 - Years 2009-2015

Using a plastic wedge, remove the plastic "cap" above the on-board computer by prying in the gaps. Similarly, extract the controls located beneath the computer (where the hazard light button is): if you cannot get in with the wedge, use a small flat screwdriver; there is no need to disconnect the connector as you do not need to completely remove the control panel, just pull it out to create space. At this point, unscrew the screws that secure the display (two above and two below) and remove it from its housing. Disconnect the connector and other electrical cables, including the antenna cable, and you're done. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.
