How to replace the front bumper on a Hyundai I40? Let's see the disassembly after opening the car's engine compartment. Remove the securing rivets located at the top of the bumper or the screws. Once the rivets (screws) at the top are removed, take out the screws located in the wheel arch liners (remove the pins at the bottom of the bumper). Remove the bumper from the body of the car by hand, disconnect the electrical connectors if there are fog lights. Fit the new bumper onto the front of the car and screw in all the screws until fully tightened.
