Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to disassemble and replace the fuel pump on Hyundai I20 first series, in simple steps. First we go to remove the rear bench and remove the fuel pump cover; after which we disconnect the fuel hoses from the float pump, disconnecting the electrical connector. At this point we unscrew the ring nut of the pump in order to remove it from the tank. Now we can replace it with the new one, by re-connecting the fuel lines and the electrical connector of the fuel level sensor.
