Today, in this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the fuel pump on the first series Hyundai i20 in simple steps. First, remove the rear seat and take off the fuel pump cover; then disconnect the fuel hoses from the fuel sender, disconnecting the electrical connector. At this point, unscrew the pump ring to remove it from the tank. Now you can replace it with the new one, reconnecting the fuel hoses and the electrical connector for the fuel level sensor.
