How to Replace the Timing Chain on a Hyundai i20

Before you begin, open the front bonnet of your Hyundai i20. Start by removing the injectors and the upper section of the cylinder head by unscrewing the fastening bolts. Next, remove the side cover of the timing chain. By doing this, you will have access to the timing chain itself. Proceed to unscrew and remove the bolts of the upper sprockets, then remove the chain itself to complete the disassembly. To install the new chain, simply follow this procedure in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
