Hyundai Accent - Video tutorial

Model: Hyundai Accent MK 4, RB, RC - Years 2010-2017
Part: Cabin air filter
Operation: How to replace the cabin air filter

In this video we will see how to replace the cabin air filter. First we need to open the glove box located in front of the passenger seat. On the side we will find a plastic support that serves to block the run of the drawer once opened, let's remove it. Now the drawer will come down entirely. We unscrew the four screws (two on each side) and the drawer comes out. At this point we will see a white thread that we must momentarily detach to have a more comfortable access to the cabin filter box. We remove the plastic bar that covers the filter extraction compartment and finally extract the filter. While we're at it, let's do a quick clean inside the compartment and insert the new filter. Let's put the plastic cover back on with the help of its interlocking mechanism. We screw the drawer back on, put the drawer lock back in place and the job is done.
