How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Hyundai Accent RB, MK 4, RC - Years 2010-2017

In this video, you will see how to replace the cabin air filter. First, open the glove compartment located in front of the passenger seat. On the side, you will find a plastic support that locks the drawer when opened; remove it. Now the drawer will drop fully down. Unscrew the four screws (two on each side) and the drawer will come out. At this point, you will see a white wire that you need to disconnect temporarily for easier access to the cabin filter box. Remove the plastic cover that hides the filter extraction compartment and finally pull out the filter. While you're at it, give the inside of the compartment a quick clean and insert the new filter. Refit the plastic cover using its clip mechanism. Screw the drawer back in, replace the drawer lock, and the job is done.
