How to replace the rear wiper motor on the Hyundai Tucson?

To remove and replace the wiper motor, follow these steps: Lift the plastic cover at the base of the wiper arm, unscrew the securing nut, and remove the wiper itself. Open the tailgate and remove the inner panel, locate the support plate of the motor which is secured with 3 screws that need to be removed. Additionally, disconnect the electrical connector. Then, slide the motor out of the hole in the rear window. At this point, you can either repair the motor or replace it with a new one. Reposition the motor and reassemble everything.
