If you notice that you need to get very close to the car to open the doors or cannot open them at all, it is likely necessary to replace the key battery. To do this, follow these steps: first, extract the emergency key from the remote and use a sharp object to pry off the rear cover of the remote. Under it, you will find the electronic circuit with the battery housing. Remove the old battery and replace it with the new one, ensuring the positive terminal is facing upwards. Reposition the electronic circuit in the housing of the remote, attach the rear cover, and finally, reinsert the emergency key.
