Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Hyundai Accent MK 1, LC - Years 1999-2005
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. Open the glove compartment door and detach the end tabs to fully fold it down. Then, unscrew the screws securing the support hinges and completely remove the compartment. Next, remove the reinforcement cross member located just in front of the air duct, gently moving the control cable of the duct to disconnect and extract the old filters, then insert the new ones (choose activated carbon filters) ensuring they fit perfectly.
