How to Disable Lane Assist on a Hyundai Tucson

In this video, learn how to disable lane assist on a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. This driving assistant is very useful, but in normal driving conditions, such as during the day and when fully in control of your driving, it can be a bit annoying. There is a button on the right side of the steering wheel to activate and deactivate it, as shown by the icon in the top right of the instrument panel. The vehicle has two functions for this ADAS: lane keeping assist and lane departure warning. Use the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel, starting with the menu button, and press it to access the settings. Scroll down to driver assistance, confirm with "OK", and go to lane safety. Here, confirm again, and you will see the two options: "lane keeping assist", where the car takes control of the steering and corrects you if you get too close to the lane lines, and "lane departure warning", which will only give you an audible tone. Press the button we saw at the beginning to activate or deactivate only the function you choose to use.
