To remove the inner panel of the tailgate on a Hyundai Tucson, use a tool to pry off the small panels located along the tailgate pillars and above the rear window. Once these are removed, you can loosen the screws securing the part of the panel under the rear window, disconnecting all the underlying connectors as well. This will allow you to insert the new panel, starting from the bottom, securing all clips and connectors, and fastening them with the appropriate screws.
