How to solve the problem with the alternator of a Hyundai I20

In this video we see that in the Hyundai I20, when starting the car, the battery and ABS warning lights come on and remain on, and the steering remains difficult to maneuver. After many doubts, a friend advised him to try disconnecting the alternator; in fact, this could be a symptom of a fault in this component. Our youtuber immediately accepted the advice and opened the car's hood; the alternator connector is conveniently located, right at the front of the engine. Once disconnected, the ABS warning light turned off, while the battery warning light remained on (as it was not being recharged). Unfortunately, the only solution is to replace the alternator.
